CMTAI organizes an Annual International Conference on dance movement therapy that brings together dance/movement therapists, other creative arts therapists, special educators, counselors, psychotherapists, students and other participants from India and abroad. Our past conferences were held in New Delhi (Nov 2014) and Bangalore (Nov 2015) at full participant capacity and over 25 guest expert facilitators.

CONFERENCE 2016 - Pune

The 3rd Annual International Conference was held in Nov’16 at Symbiosis Liberal Arts campus, Pune with 114 participants and 35 expert facilitators from India and abroad. The theme of the conference was “Dance Movement Therapy - Approaches and Techniques in an Indian Paradigm”.

CONFERENCE 2015 - Bangalore

The 2nd Annual International Conference was held in Nov’15 at Ecumenical Christian Centre, Bangalore with 104 participants and 21 expert facilitators from India and abroad. The theme of the conference was "Movement Therapy: Towards Expression and Transformation".

CONFERENCE 2014 - New Delhi

The 1st Annual International Conference was held in Nov’14 at Zorba The Buddha, New Delhi with 61 participants and 18 expert facilitators from India and abroad. The theme of the conference was "Exploring Creative Movement Therapy".
